She is a developer of a shopping center, The Marketplace of Kapolei, an international first place award winner and Best of Hawaii – StorSecure Self-Storage in Hawaii Kai, and two beautiful, nurturing and loving adult residential elder care homes called Living Manoa and Caring Manoa, established over 16 years ago.

As a former elementary school teacher licensed in Hawaii, California and Pennsylvania, she retired from Hanahauoli School in Honolulu when she gave birth to her 3rd child. She is married for 46 years to the same husband who travels with her to carry Hawaiian lau laus and moochi crunch snacks to their three grandchildren living in California and Singapore.
